• If arriving by car, park outside the building temporarily before checking in.
• Go to reception, show your passport or ID to complete registration. The receptionist will give you access to your unit.
• Use your door code to enter. Inside you will find your Access Card (entrance, elevators & amenities) and your Parking Sticker.
• Move your car to the building parking using the Parking Sticker. The Access Card is your key throughout your stay.

• AC: Use the remote on the wall. Set between 20–24°C for comfort.
• Lights: Main panel is near the entrance door. Touch to control each room.
• TV: Press Power on the remote. Use HDMI for personal devices.
• Kitchen: Induction cooktop — use the flat pots provided. Dishwasher tablets under the sink.
• Washer: Located in the bathroom cabinet. Use cold wash for colours.
• Spare sheets & towels: In the wardrobe / storage cabinet.
• Free filtered water: Your apartment has a Purunity water purifier with hot, room-temperature, cold and iced water. It is free to use, so there is no need to buy bottled water.
  • Place your glass or bottle under the spout and press the button for the temperature you want.
  • Hot water is very hot: keep children away and use the safety lock if it is enabled.
  • Use it for drinking, coffee, tea and cooking.
  • Please do not move or unplug the unit. Filters are checked and replaced by our team.

• At Dubai International Airport (DXB), follow signs to the Metro.
• Take the Red Line towards Jebel Ali / UAE Exchange.
• Buy a NOL card at the station (AED 25 incl. AED 19 credit). Daily pass available for AED 22.
• Get off at DMCC / Damac Properties station for Dubai Marina area.
• From the metro station, take a taxi or RTA bus to your building.

• No pets allowed without prior written authorization.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Respect neighbors.
• No parties or large gatherings without prior authorization.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Do not duplicate keys or access cards.
• Towels are for the body only — please do not use them to clean floors or surfaces.
• Please do not use the towels to remove makeup.
• At checkout, if towels are wet, please hang them outside on the balcony to dry.
• Please do not take the apartment towels to the pool or the beach.
• Please turn off the A/C and the lights when you leave the apartment.
