• If arriving by car, park outside the building temporarily before checking in.
• Go to reception, show your passport or ID to complete registration. The receptionist will give you access to your unit.
• Use your door code to enter. Inside you will find your Access Card (entrance, elevators & amenities) and your Parking Sticker.
• Move your car to the building parking using the Parking Sticker. The Access Card is your key throughout your stay.

• AC: Use the remote on the wall. Set between 20–24°C for comfort.
• Lights: Main panel is near the entrance door. Touch to control each room.
• TV: Press Power on the remote. Use HDMI for personal devices.
• Kitchen: Induction cooktop — use the flat pots provided. Dishwasher tablets under the sink.
• Washer: Located in the bathroom cabinet. Use cold wash for colours.
• Spare sheets & towels: In the wardrobe / storage cabinet.

• At Dubai International Airport (DXB), follow signs to the Metro.
• Take the Red Line towards Jebel Ali / UAE Exchange.
• Buy a NOL card at the station (AED 25 incl. AED 19 credit). Daily pass available for AED 22.
• Get off at DMCC / Damac Properties station for Dubai Marina area.
• From the metro station, take a taxi or RTA bus to your building.
